Colson Baker (or Machine Gun Kelly) is well-known for his unique style of rapping. Baker was born in Houston on 22 April, 1990 into an German as well as an English Scottish family. His parents were missionaries. Through his initial years traveling, he would often travel with them. The dad James Colson Baker struggled with depression and unemployment, while his mother Sonia Alane left them when the age of nine. Then, Baker along with his father moved to Denver in the area where they lived together with his father's aunt. Baker was bullied by the other kids because of his poverty. When he was in sixth grade, he began to listen to rap. Colson Baker, more popularly well-known as Machine Gun Kelly, was born in Texas on the 22nd of April 1990. The songs he composed are known as a blend of modern hip-hop and rock music with alternative. Before getting signed to Bad Boy Records Baker released four mixtapes between 2007 and 2010. In late 2011, this Cleveland rapper became a household name in the process of transitioning from self-releasing his mixtapes, into signing with an established label. From there his career skyrocketed and each album being ranked in the top 10.
