Andressa Urach

Andressa started her romance with Tiago around the age of 15, when they were both in high school. They moved in together following three months. The couple had an only baby boy, Arthur Urach Costa born on May 19, 2005. After marital differences the couple separated in 2008 after 6 years of marriage. Andressa then moved to the home of her mother and her child. After 6 months of separation she lost her job, and later decided to take her son with his father in search of a better life opportunity in Sao Paulo however, being very vain and ambitious her primary goal in leaving the South was to be rich and famous. In her memoir Morri Para Viver Andressa Urach says she endured sexual abuse all through her life, a victim of the abuse her foster grandfather suffered starting at the age of 2 to 8. Andressa could only escape all of this abuse because her foster grandmother noticed her in the act. Andressa went back to remain in her home with her mom, who didn't even know that Andressa experienced any form of abuse until she published her book. In her appearances, the renown woman claimed that, before her conversion to Christianity, she could not have forgiven her victim. One of the most difficult decision I've made in my life was calling the man who was sexually abusive. It wasn't an easy choice. After much prayer vows and fasting, I proclaimed over the phone that I was sorry for him and while I didn't feel guiltless, I asked to forgive him. It wasn't a case of justifying myself, I simply asked forgiveness. Mariste Urach explains in an interview with Globo, how she felt at first hearing about the abuse her daughter had endured. Urach travelled to Rio Grande do Sul's interior to find the perpetrator and take out her anger.
